Your Deposit

Your deposit is held in a scheme. You will be given a certificate to show where and how the deposit is held.  In most cases it will be held with MyDeposits You should keep this certificate safe as duplicates will be charged for.

Please take some time to look at the MyDeposits website as it contains lots of very useful information on how to ensure you get as much of you deposit back  at the end of your tenancy.  It has many hints, tips and fact sheets on how to look after you property during your tenancy and especially what is required at the end of the tenancy.  The end of the tenancy is where most problems occur, especially about cleaning and restoring the property to

"as let" condition.  Of course fair wear a tear is accepted.

Below is a copy of the "Prescribed Information".
