Arranging A Viewing

If you would like to arrange a viewing of our available properties please get in touch.  Either myself or a representative of Lime Properties have to travel a significant distance to do the viewings.  Basically we are fed up with people not showing up.

Because of this experience with "Time Wasters" and "No Shows" we have implemented a viewing deposit requirement.  We may require you to make a small payment of £10 which will be fully refunded if you turn up and look at the property as arranged.  If however you don't turn up this will be forfeit and you will not get it back.
